The Company has fulfilled its obligations under current legislation regarding personal data protection.
In particular, the Company has used the Benetton Group's information systems to adopt the minimum security measures required by Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Consolidated personal data protection act). All Group companies have complied with the data security model adopted by the Parent Company, as described in the annual Privacy Protection Plan.
